May the Force be with you!
The first Star Wars film I saw was The Return of the Jedi when it first came out in the cinema. I was with my great aunt and we were spending the day together in the city. We decided to see a movie and chose to watch a science fiction story. I loved the film and ever since then was a fan. So much so that I vowed to name my daughter after Princess Leia!
I also enjoyed the Dune saga when it was first published and was lucky enough to find the prequel to the series at the last library book sale I attended. When moving from the Southern Hemisphere to the Northern, I had to leave my book collections behind – one of them being the stories of Dune. Rereading this novel will bring back good memories.
Are you a Stars Wars fan? Do you enjoy reading science fiction?

I shared a few stories today about my interaction with everything “Star Wars” – no matter how big a fan you are, you have to admire those who are lifelong fans – here’s to more good films in the future!

I am sure we will have more. Since Disney took over the rights, we have had a lot more stories 😄

Yes, they made a mistake with “Solo” and have slowed the pipeline down a bit…they assumed fans would rush out to see all of it, and they flooded the market a bit – their focus now is on the new Star Wars area at Disneyland which opens in a few weeks and is going to be MOBBED

Finally a lace for all the fans to visit 🙂

They opened a reservations site for the experience to mitigate the huge crowds…and are putting a 4-hour time limit on being inside the area…we have seen the Harry Potter area at Universal Studios and they also have huge crowds just hanging out to absorb it!

The huge crowds are the reason why I haven’t visited Disneyland and the Harry Potter experience. I doubt I will go to see the Star Wars area either.

I loved the original Star Wars but stopped the movies after three films as they got a bit repetitive for me. But what a brilliant idea it was at the time!

The original three movies are the best ones – it is hard for them to do better than them.
