Last week Friday, we completed the Holiday Door for our classroom. The children this year were very eager to participate and worked hard on their colouring. Our door is a combination of Christmas with the Santa theme, and Hanukkah. To make the wreath, the children traced their hands and then cut it out. The little elves on the door (which were coloured in and cut out by the children) have each child’s face in it.
The door may look busy but I love the way it looks. It is one of the first things I see when I enter the school and it always makes me smile. It is the perfect way to begin my day.
Do you decorate your door for the Holidays?

Terrific Holiday Door! Sweet ideas, to use the cut out hand prints, and the elves with the kid’s faces. I like very much. 🙂
