Grateful for Spring Days

For the last few days the weather has been perfect! Blue skies, no strong winds, temperatures in the double digits – and no snow!Going outside has been a pleasure. Shedding hats and gloves, pedestrians have a spring in their step. Our neigbourhood park has more visitors of the small human variety. A green sheen is now coating the grounds I walk past. My step certainly has a spring to it and I cannot help but think of my favourite composition by Vivaldi – a beautiful expression of what I am feeling with the warmer weather:

This week I am grateful for the arrival of spring and the warmer temperatures.

  1. I hope yours lasts longer than ours did. ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ We’ve still got a bit of sun but it’s much cooler and the forecast isn’t good. Grateful that the flowers don’t seem to mind.

  2. I’ve been helping Ming with his diploma in positive psychology course and one of the exercises is to make a gratitude list and to write a letter of gratitude to someone. Such a simple act but so magical. I am grateful for so much – I am especially grateful to have had such a wonderful husband in Anthony.
