For the last few days the weather has been perfect! Blue skies, no strong winds, temperatures in the double digits – and no snow!Going outside has been a pleasure. Shedding hats and gloves, pedestrians have a spring in their step. Our neigbourhood park has more visitors of the small human variety. A green sheen is now coating the grounds I walk past. My step certainly has a spring to it and I cannot help but think of my favourite composition by Vivaldi – a beautiful expression of what I am feeling with the warmer weather:
This week I am grateful for the arrival of spring and the warmer temperatures.

I hope yours lasts longer than ours did. ๐ ๐ We’ve still got a bit of sun but it’s much cooler and the forecast isn’t good. Grateful that the flowers don’t seem to mind.

Today we have rain. On the positive side – at least it is not snow ๐

I’ve been helping Ming with his diploma in positive psychology course and one of the exercises is to make a gratitude list and to write a letter of gratitude to someone. Such a simple act but so magical. I am grateful for so much – I am especially grateful to have had such a wonderful husband in Anthony.
