Coat Closet

Temperatures are dropping outside and the days are getting colder. The time has come for me to open the closet in our hall and reach for the warm jackets, scarves and hats.

At the moment I am wearing lighter jackets but am prepared to pull on the heavier coat when the temperatures drop even more.

Have you had to open your coat closet?

  1. Normally it is time for coats in here but the weather changes, one day like a late summer day, the other day like a late autumn day… ๐Ÿ™‚ so we have both of them right now dear Colline. Thank you, have a nice day and new week, love, nia

  2. Thank you so much for participating in my photo challenge, Colline. I know just what you mean by getting those winter coats and jackets back out. I’m even having to put on the heating more and more as the days get shorter.

    Stay warm. ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. I made the mistake of going out in a summer jacket last Thursday. I couldn’t get warm all day and am now wondering why I have a sore throat. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ It seems to have changed rather rapidly but it’s still nice if the sun’s out. ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Not yet. We have gotten out our vests a couple of times and light jackets, but winter will be here before we know it, and we’ll be donning coats, scarves, gloves, hats, and boots, and perhaps longjohns as well.

  5. Always good to have a place to store coats and jumpers – however, being spring down here mine are getting squished away in the bottom drawer or at the back of the wardrobe for a while. Stay warm.

  6. This side all the coats and jerseys are packed away. Luckily it’s cool here today and we had a little bit of rain. Hoping for more to come. ๐Ÿ˜€

    Enjoy your winter. โ™ฅ
