Grateful for a Good Day

During the last week I have been exhausted when I entered my home: teaching children the routine and expectations of your room can be exhausting. In addition, I have been trying to figure out how to blend two grades: some things have worked while others have not. Yesterday my class and I reached a positive step (they don’t know it, but I do 🙂 ). I had planned the right mixture of writing and creativity – and timed the sessions correctly. Now all I need to do is repeat it!

Today I am grateful for the good day I had yesterday. It has given me the encouragement and the motivation to continue working on planning the lessons for the inquiry I wish to do with them.

What have you been grateful for this week?

Last week Lavender Ladi was greateful for food.

I enjoy reading what others are grateful for – the posts make me think of other things I am happy to have in my life. Please remember to send me a pingback so that I know you have participated.

  3. I’m glad things are coming together for you and your class. I’m confident you will blend the two seamlessly. It’s a challenge, but you always have the children’s best interests at heart.
