Abandoned for the Winter

Our nearby park has a bicycle rack where people can leave their ride while they relax in the park or visit people nearby. Some have been left to rest during the winter while conditions are slippery and icy.

Hopefully they will be back in use when the ice has melted and Spring is blossoming.

What do you abandon during the winter months?

    1. Cold hands in soil is not pleasant – and even chunky sweaters do not keep the cold at bay. Luckily it is during the winter months that weeds are not so prolific 🙂

    1. That may be a possibility when the snow and ice melts and it is safe to ride again. Personally I would not leave mine unattended there – but then I may be as cynical as you.

    1. I feel the same way John. Even today we received a light coating of snow. I think we will really celebrate when we see melting ice and buds forming.
